Table Dash Game tips

  • Pick a song or two depending on how many guests/tables you have- that's how much time you have to finish the game.
  • Make sure your DJ or emcee knows about the game and how it works in advance so that they can announce the game and make sure the guests know what to do and how the game works.
  • Timing is important! The best time to play this game would be right after your entrance or after the first dances. That way our tables are cleaned off and you are not interrupting the meal.
  • Make sure your photographer knows what is going on as well. I will usually have a plan of which table to start with and the order we will go to make sure no tables are missed.
  • When your DJ announces the game, make sure they direct everyone to stand up and push their seats in, that way chairs are not in the way. Once the table's photo is taken, they can sit back down.
  • Have fun! Smiling photos are great, but include some goofy ones as well. This is a game after all!

or.........

  • Instead of the two of you going table to table...pick a spot in the middle of the dance floor for you to sit and have the guests come to you. You can have them come by tables, by families, or by groups, however you want! This way you aren't having to maneuver around tables and chairs!
  • The same rules apply.
